    Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky (1821–1881) was one of the most important literary figures in 19th‑century Russia and a profoundly influential great writer in the history of world literature. He was also an auther deeply admired by Mr. Mu Xin.


    Centered on Dostoevsky’s life and literary works, this exhibition systematically presents the writer’s life experience and creative output through a total of 184 exhibits. These range from historical documents, publications and personal items in Special Exhibition Hall 1, to film and television clips adapted from his works in Special Exhibition Hall 2, and exquisite illustrations for his major literary works in Special Exhibition Hall 3. The vast majority of these items are being exhibited to the public in China for the first time.
